Resident family Nikki, Will & Virginia invite you to
come and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their magnificent Victorian
Residence. Built in 1880 the house retains many of its original features but
with all the modern day comforts you would expect for your holiday.
Situated in a coastal conservation area, the property
lies just minutes away from everything the picturesque town of Ventnor has
to offer. All our apartments have lovely views of the award winning Ventnor
park or our beautifully landscaped gardens.
Ventnor, with its southerly aspect, nestling between the sea and St.
Boniface Down (771ft / 235m), enjoys a micro climate similar to the
Mediterranean and some of our more tender plants survive our mild winters.
Blackgang Chine, the West Wight, Alum Bay and The Needles are no more than a
short journey away via St. Lawrence and the Undercliff. The principal town
of Newport, Cowes, Shanklin, Sandown and Ryde are all easily accessible by
car and bus.
We have apartments able to accommodate couples for a romantic break away
from it all, or family groups of up to 8 people, all furnished and equipped
to reflect our 4 star rating from the English Tourist Council.
