ABOUT US
Like many others before us, we first discovered the Isle of Wight as holidaymakers. We found ourselves returning again and again as we fell in love with the outstanding natural beauty, community spirit and easy pace of life on the Island. We eventually made the move and have never regretted it.

As your hosts, we are always available to chat with you and recommend places to visit, our favourite restaurants, the most invigorating walks, the best beaches and everything the Island has to offer.

We are very proud of our Island and encourage you to ask us anything you want to know as we are delighted to share our enthusiasm and knowledge with our visitors.

NON SMOKING
It is now a legal requirement throughout the UK that smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas. To comply with this law all our apartments are designated as non-smoking. We do have a patio area in one of our gardens where guests can smoke if they wish.

FREE PARKING
Parking is available outside the property. Park Avenue is a quiet, wide avenue. There are no parking restrictions or charges and there is always plenty of room.

NO PETS
As animal lovers ourselves, we very much regret not being able to accept pets.

CHILDREN & BABIES
High chairs and travel cots available by arrangement at time of booking.

ACCESS INFORMATION
For any of our guests with mobility issues, we do have access information available so please ask us.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Clarence House is fitted with a “state of the art” fire alarm system with sensors in every apartment and public area.

Fresh bread can be baked for you on the premises with 24hours notice.

Should you require any laundry to be done please ask us.

    Dryer £2.00
There is also a rotary dryer in the garden that you are welcome to use free of charge.

INTERNET
Wi-Fi internet access is available in all Apartments at a cost of just £5 per stay.
